"We are trying to promote Azerbaijan's experience in the education sector globally while also implementing international practices in Azerbaijan," Science and Education Minister of Azerbaijan Emin Amrullayev said during an event on the results of "World's Best Universities Ranking List: Sustainability 2025," Report informs.
The minister noted that it is now possible to discuss climate assessment in various countries around the world:
"We understand that rankings don't cover everything. However, rankings are used as a basis in many matters. It creates competition and helps focus on important issues. The Ministry of Science and Education, through its 2022-2026 strategy, is working to place three Azerbaijani universities among the top 500 in the world."
