Education Development Forum kicks off in Baku

The Education Development Forum has kicked work in Baku.

Report informs that the Education Development Forum (EDF2024), dedicated to the 101st anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev's birth, has been organized by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Science and Education, Education Development Fund, and the State Agency for Science and Higher Education under the concept message "From Partnership to Progress."

At the opening ceremony of the forum, it was noted that the main goal is to contribute to the sustainable and continuous development of state-university-industry partnerships. At the same time, the promotion of projects within the framework of public-private cooperation, integration of academic institutions' activities with industrial organizations, and human capital development are among the main topics of the event.

The event will take place with the participation of professional moderators and speakers across three panels. Examples of cooperation models between university and industry, such as the establishment and operation of joint research centers, research partnerships, technology transfer, incubators and innovation centers, and industrial internship programs, are among the topics of discussion.
