The state and private kindergartens in Azerbaijan will resume their activities since September 15. Report informs this decision does not affect educational institutions in Baku, Sumgayit, and Absheron region. According to the amendments made by Prime Minister Ali Asadov to the decision "On the organization of the educational process in educational institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan during a special quarantine regime," public and private kindergartens in Baku, Sumgayit, and Absheron region will open from October 1.
During the opening of kindergartens, an essential condition is to ensure the appropriate sanitary and hygienic standards.
Notably, in connection with the coronavirus pandemic, the educational process in all educational institutions has been suspended since March.
