Britain funds creation of learning hub in Azerbaijan's Tartar

The Learning Hub has been launched in Azerbaijan's Tartar.

Report informs citing the British embassy to Azerbaijan that this is the second Learning Hub funded by the British government.

The opening ceremony was attended by British ambassador to Azerbaijan James Sharp.
