As part of the international PISA (Program for International Student Assessment) system, it is necessary to conduct measurements related to the assessment of the state of the environment, Azerbaijan's Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev said at the V International Forum "New Challenges in Education," Report informs.
He noted that not all school graduates enter higher education institutions every year: "Higher education is the next level in education. Can we increase interest in higher education only by improving its quality or by expanding access to it? This is an interesting topic for discussion."
