For the 2022-2023 academic year, a list of educational programs in priority specialties and prestigious foreign universities of the State Program for 2022-2026 has been prepared, Report informs, citing Jasarat Valehov, head of the public relations sector of the Ministry of Education.
The list was determined in accordance with the relevant order of President Ilham Aliyev.
When compiling the list, the rating position of universities in the international rankings Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings and Academic Ranking of World Universities (Shanghai), as well as the experience of studying within the framework of the “State Program for the Education of Azerbaijani Youth Abroad in 2007-2015” served as the basis years".
