Azerbaijan, Georgia to ink agreement on cooperation in education

Education Minister of Azerbaijan Emin Amrullaev is on an official visit to Georgia, Report informs via Azertag.

The purpose of the visit is to further expand and develop cooperation between the two countries in science and education.

During the visit, Emin Amrullaev will visit the monuments to the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev in Tbilisi and Rustavi, meet with the Georgian Minister of Education and Science Mikheil Chkhenkeli.

The ministers are expected to sign an agreement on cooperation.

Emin Amrullaev will also visit several universities in Georgia.

The Azerbaijani minister is also expected to meet Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili.

The visit will end on February 23.
