Karabakh University must operate not solely under state initiative but with active involvement from society, the private sector, and the business community, Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev said during the Karabakh Education and Partnership Forum themed "Joint Steps for the Future of Karabakh."
According to Report, he emphasized that the primary objective is to create opportunities for educational development not only through government directives but also through collaborative efforts involving civil society and economic stakeholders.
"One of the key issues that must remain in focus is the degree to which the university is integrated into the labor market and the business environment. There is still much to learn and accomplish in this regard," Amrullayev stated.
He added that Karabakh University plays—and will continue to play—a significant role in the development of Khankandi.
