Baku. 5 December. REPORT.AZ/ The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, together with the Ministry of Health, is launching a program for conducting a free mobile express analysis of artesian water used by the population of Baku and the Absheron Peninsula.
Reportu informs citing Ministry official Faig Mutallimov that he goal of the campaign is to study the quality of artesian water, protect it from pollution and promote the rules for proper usage by the population.
He noted that the free analyses will begin from December 10 from the village of Mashtaga, Sabunchu district, and within 10 days the quality of artesian water will be analyzed by specialists from both ministries.
According to Mutallimov, within the framework of the campaign, awareness events will be held with local residents, and necessary recommendations are given.
