New volcano eruption in Shamakhi - PHOTO - UPDATED

Volcano eruption was recorded in Dagh Goylar village of Shamakhi.

Local residents told Report that last time the volcano eruption in this area occurred back in 1986.

The mud masses emitted by the volcano spread to an area of nearly 2 hectares. The volcano activity is now over and it did not cause any damage to the closest sowing areas.

Only a pasture located nearby has come out of order as a result of the volcano eruption.

Volcano erupted once again in Azerbaijan's Shamakhi.

Report's Shirvan bureau informs that the volcano eruption was recorded in Dagh Goylar village of the region at the night hours.

The volcano erupted emitting mud flows into the surrounding.

The boiling and mud emission process continues now.

Notably, volcano eruptions were earlier recorded in Gushchu and Kichik Khinisli villages of the region in February.
