Short-term showers and hail are expected on August 12 in some mountainous and foothill districts of Azerbaijan, Report informs referring to the National Hydrometeorology Service under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
In Baku and the Absheron district, the weather will be generally dry, the northwest wind will change to northeast during the day.
The air temperature at night will be +20-+25°C, during the day +31-+36°C. The atmospheric pressure will be at 755 mm Hg, the relative humidity at night will be 60-70%, during the day - 45-50%.
In some districts of the republic, short-term rains with thunderstorms are expected. Mainly in mountainous and foothill regions, short-term showers are possible, hail will fall. At night and in the morning, there will be fog in some places, a moderate east wind is predicted.
The air temperature at night will be +21-+26°C, during the day +32-+37°C, in the mountains at night +12-+17°C, during the day +19-+24°C.
