The Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan, President-Designate of COP29, Mukhtar Babayev, visited Saudi Arabia, Report informs, citing the official X account of COP29.
“Today, COP29 President-Designate Mukhtar Babayev and senior officials visited KAUST, Saudi Power Procurement Company, and ACWAPower, during the visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The parties discussed innovative approaches to renewable technology and innovation together with the progress that Azerbaijan has made in tackling the critical issue of water scarcity,” COP29 wrote on X.
