Vusal Guliyev named head of sector for work with NGOs under Presidential Administration

Vusal Guliyev has been appointed the head of the sector of the Department for Work with Non-Governmental Organizations and Communications of the Presidential Administration (PA), Report informs.

Prior to that, Vusal Guliyev worked for a long time in the Presidential Administration in the field of work with non-governmental organizations.
