President Aliyev appoints Special Representative for Zangilan

Vahid Rasim oglu Hajiyev has been appointed the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the Zangilan district, which is part of the East Zangazur Economic District.

Report informs that President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in this regard.
