Samir Nuriyev: Separatists will be brought before Azerbaijani court

The separatists who committed crimes against Azerbaijani people will have to answer before the court, Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Samir Nuriyev, said at the conference "20 Years of Unparalleled Services to Motherland, People and Statehood" taking place in Baku, Report informs.

According to him, neither the leadership of Armenia nor the leaders of the military junta in Karabakh thought that one day Azerbaijan would regain its control not only in Aghdam, Fuzuli, Jabrayil, Zangilan, Gubadli, Kalbajar, Lachin, Shusha, but also in Khankandi, Aghdara, Khojaly, Khojavand, and the separatists who committed crimes against Azerbaijani people would be brought before the Azerbaijani court.

“On September 20, 2023, as a result of local anti-terrorist measures that lasted less than 24 hours, the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan destroyed all the remains and military infrastructure of the Armed Forces of Armenia in that area and forced the military junta to raise the white flag. After that, the separatists had no choice but to dissolve themselves,” Samir Nuriyev added.

The Head of the Presidential Administration emphasized that under the leadership of Victorious Commander-in-Chief, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan had once again demonstrated their professionalism and the ability to perform the tasks set before them at the highest level both during the Patriotic War and local anti-terrorist measures.
