Azerbaijan currently accounts for nearly 100 veteran organizations, said Vusal Guliyev, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Agency for State Support to NGOs, Presidential Administration official, speaking at the conference on 'Meeting of Generations' at the Baku Congress Center.
Report informs that Guliyev stressed the need to intensify works related to veterans.
He voiced regret that some persons abuse the services provided by organizations working with veterans and martyrs' families.
"We should fight this and intensify our activity in these organizations," Guliyev said.
