President Ilham Aliyev attends inauguration of renovated Karabakh University

On September 20, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the opening of Karabakh University in the city of Khankandi following its renovation, Report informs.

The head of state met with the teaching staff and students of Garabakh University and delivered a speech at the event.
