President Ilham Aliyev appoints his special representative in Khankandi, Aghdara and Khojaly

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order “On the appointment of a special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the city of Khankandi, and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts”.

Report informs that under the order, Elchin Mustafa oglu Yusubov was appointed the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the city of Khankandi, and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts.

Elchin Yusubov was born on August 8, 1975.

In 1996, he graduated from the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy Management with a degree in management organizer, and in1998, he graduated from the Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics with a degree in credit economist.

He worked in various positions in the private sector, the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Economic Development, the State Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Patents, the State Property Committee for State Property Management, the Icherisheher State Historical-Architectural Reserve Department under the Cabinet of Ministers.

He worked as deputy director general, 1st deputy director general, director general, head of Baku City Local Revenue Department under the Ministry of Taxes.

By the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 11, 2020, he was awarded the medal “For Distinction in Public Service”.

By the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 13, 2020, he was appointed to the position of the deputy head of the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy.

Elchin Yusubov is married and has three children.
