President approves MoU on Caucasian Eagle exercise of Special Forces

President Ilham Aliyev has approved the Memorandum of Understanding Caucasian Eagle exercise of Special Forces among the Governments of the Republics of Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Georgia, Report informs.

The document was signed on October 10, 2019, in Baku.
