Polling station chairman: Prisoners vote transparently using their rights

Prisoners vote transparently using their rights, Aslan Mirzayev, the chairman of polling station No 38 organized in the Baku Detention Center, told journalists.

According to Report, Mirzayev stated that today the voting process is being held in the Baku Detention Center just like in other penitentiary institutions.

"The persons detained here are voting freely and transparently using their rights. All conditions have been created here."
