Photo exhibition dedicated to mine victims held in Baku

The public association "Photoclub Gilawar" has completed the project "The CulMINAtion Point of Danger," Report informs.

The photo exhibition titled "Feet Pressing the Button" was organized as part of the project.

The exhibition featured 50 photographs depicting the lives of people who became mine victims over different years. The presented photographs were taken by professional photographers Famil Mahmudbayli, Dilavar Najafov, Yagub Jafarov, and Rashad Mehdiyev.

These photographs were also exhibited for two days in the central squares of Prague. At the conclusion of the exhibition, the displayed photographs were donated to the Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) for further use and display at international events and conferences.

As part of the project, in addition to photo exhibitions, two educational videos and an electronic photo book were prepared.

The photo book contains stories of mine victims, photographs reflecting their current condition, chronology of mine incidents, and other statistical data.

The project is funded by the Agency for State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations.
