The voting process in the elections for Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis (Parliament) has been organized at a high level, with all necessary conditions created for citizens to freely express their will, according to Lamin Sanneh, an observer from Gambia.
Sanneh shared his impressions with Report while monitoring the early parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan.
He noted that he was left with positive impressions of the monitoring process.
"People come to the polling stations and freely exercise their right to vote. As for the organization of the process, I am impressed by what I have seen. It is important to organize the process at the highest level and create all the necessary conditions. After all, today, citizens are deciding who they want to see in parliament," Sanneh said.
