Number of Azerbaijan's population announced

The number of the Azerbaijani population has been announced.

Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee, that the population has risen by 58,679, or 0.6%, since early 2022, and reached 10,215,045 as of December 1, 2022.

Some 52.9% of the population are urban residents, while 47.1% are rural residents.
