New rector appointed to Karabakh University

Shahin Vagif oghlu Bayramov was appointed rector of Karabakh University, Report informs.

According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree in this regard.

By another decree of the head of state, Shahin Bayramov was released from the post of rector of Mingachevir State University.
