Elections taking place in Azerbaijan represent the democratic expression of the will of citizens, Edgar Renieri Castillo Machado, a representative of the Youth Network of the Non-Aligned Movement, told Report.
The representative of Honduras noted that according to his observations, the election process is still transparent.
“We see people of all ages participating in voting. I can say that the law and procedure for holding elections are being observed,” he said.
