Moldova could apply Azerbaijan's experience in holding elections, Moldovan MP Vitalie Jacot said, Report informs.
The politician noted that this is the second time he has observed elections in Azerbaijan.
"I would like to note that this is my second experience of observing the elections; earlier, I observed the presidential elections in Azerbaijan. I tried to thoroughly analyze the processes that occur during elections, all the subtleties and nuances. During the monitoring process, I paid attention to both infrastructure issues and the atmosphere inside the polling stations. I also paid attention to the awareness of voters," he said.
According to the MP, the voting process at polling stations was as transparent as possible, and voters were open to constructive dialogue.
"Everything was very well planned and organized. I can say that all my expectations from these elections were met," Jacot concluded.
