Masim Mammadov: 91 families are planned to be resettled in Baylik village in Lachin district in 2025

Construction work continues in the Baylik village in the Lachin district, with plans to resettle 91 families here next year, Masim Mammadov, the special representative of the president of Azerbaijan in the Lachin district, told Report.

He noted that construction and restoration work is currently ongoing in the villages of Baylik and Gulabird in the Lachin district: "The villages of Sus and Zabukh have been rebuilt and put into operation. 59 families have been resettled in Sus village, and 217 families in Zabukh village. In addition, work continues in Baylik village, where 91 families are planned to be resettled next year. Design work is also underway for the construction of Gulabird village. The resettlement of residents to this village is planned for 2025-2026."

The president's special representative spoke about the progress of demining work in Lachin. He noted that some areas have already been cleared, but danger still remains in a number of territories.

He added that the work on informing citizens about the mine danger in the liberated territories continues.
