The elections are proceeding in a completely transparent environment, Imran Mirzayev, the chairman of Polling Station No. 14 in the Khankandi City Electoral District No. 122, told Report.
He noted that voters are currently participating in the voting process with high enthusiasm.
"The voters are mostly citizens working in Khankandi and those assigned to our city for various tasks," he added.
Mirzayev emphasized that excellent conditions have been created for local and international observers monitoring the election process at the polling station. "No violations of the law have been recorded as of now," he affirmed.
