"There are difficulties with executive documents on alimony requirements. The main difficulty lies in the debtors' lack of places of work, places of residence, income, as well as a difficult financial situation, conditions due to a pandemic, serious illness, and disability," Report informs that Kamala Ahmadova, leading consultant of the analytical and control department of the Main Executive Directorate under the Justice Ministry, said this during a live broadcast on Facebook on the topic "Execution of decisions on alimony and other debts".
According to her, among debtors and plaintiffs, there are cases of irresponsible attitude towards the execution of executive documents: "If an executive official has 200-500 cases on hand, plaintiffs must reckon with this. If they want monthly alimony payments, and the amount is not paid, then they must formally inform the executive officer to take appropriate action."
