Panel discussion on “Inclusive transformation through resource mobilization and mine action for a safe and green future” is being held within the 3rd International Conference on Mine Action, themed “Mitigating Environmental Impact of Landmines: Resource Mobilization for Safe and Green Future” in Baku, Report informs.
The panel is moderated by Emil Hasanov, Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) Public Council.
The panel participants include Alessandra Roccasalvo, UNDP Resident Representative in Azerbaijan, Ruslan Strilets, Minister of Environment Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine, Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah, Chief Supervisor General King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre, Tarek Chazli, Deputy National Director for Humanitarian Demining of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Dennis Sammut, Director of LINKS Europe.
