First Vice President congratulates Azerbaijani people on State Flag Day

First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva congratulated on İnstagram the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the State Flag Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which is celebrated on November 9.
