First Deputy Speaker: Co-chairs' regional visit must not be a tourist visit

"We have no right for weakness in any field. We need to prevent possible disasters in the future," First Deputy Speaker of Milli Majlis, chairman of the committee on security and combat against corruption Ziyafat Asgarov said speaking at the round table on 'Security system in Azerbaijan. Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and ways of its settlement'.

He said today the statuo-quo must change and the state must not remain the same: "We have repeatedly said this to the OSCE Minsk Group members. Their visits must not be the tourist visits. Why don't they call Armenia an occupier country? There cannot be so many double standards. Azerbaijani territory cannot change, Nagorno-Karabakh is our ancient and eternal land. The state in Armenia has always been and will remain unstable. They are very impudent."
