"Our impressions of Aghdam are not so good. Although the lands have been returned to Azerbaijan, everything is destroyed," Kazakh Deputy Minister of Trade and Integration Kayrat Torabayev said during his visit to the ruined city, Report informs.
Noting that the landmines planted by Armenia are a source of danger, Torabayev expressed hope that a peace agreement would be signed between Azerbaijan and Armenia soon: "We are pleased that this conflict is over."
The participants of the 10th meeting of the Economic Ministers of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States, held in Baku on Sept. 10, visited the Aghdam district today.
