"We call on Armenia to learn from the past, put an end to the policy of hostility and discord, properly evaluate the opportunity for peace in the region, and take real steps for reconciliation with the Western Azerbaijanis," Aziz Alakbarli, Chairman of the Board of Management of the Western Azerbaijan Community and Member of the Milli Majlis (Parliament), said at the international event themed "Ensuring the safe and dignified return of displaced Azerbaijanis from Armenia: Global context and a just solution," Report informs.
