The military junta regime in Karabakh was not only against Azerbaijan but also posed a threat to the entire world with its criminal acts beyond the Caucasus region in scale, the secretary of the Security Council of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Ramil Usubov, said in his article published in the official press, Report informs.

According to the article, it can be said with absolute certainty that Azerbaijan made a very important contribution to the global security system by destroying the criminal regime in Karabakh.

Usubov noted that with the capitulation act signed by Armenia on November 10, 2020, and the successful completion of anti-terrorist measures on September 20 of this year, the military security strategy of Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev reached its main goal and concluded its important stage.
