On August 8, through the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), conditions have been created for the movement of civilian Armenians through the border checkpoint established at the entry point of the Khankandi-Lachin road, Report informs.
The relevant footage shows the verification process of the documents of civilian Armenians.
After verification of documents, their movement is ensured.
This once again shows that there are no restrictions on the passage of civilian Armenians through the border checkpoint. It also proves once again that Armenia’s claims of blocking the Lachin road by Azerbaijan are untrue.
