The British MP, member of the House of Lords David Charles Evans told Report.
He noted that all the details were taken into account during organization of the voting process.
The British lawmaker also touched upon the bilateral relations, stressing that they are friendly: "Relations between Azerbaijan and Great Britain are very good and friendly."
