The body of Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) aircraft captain Igor Kshnyakin, who died in a plane crash near Aktau in western Kazakhstan, has been handed over to his family, Report informs.
The deceased pilot's body was delivered to Baku by special flight on the night of December 29. A forensic medical examination was conducted at the relevant department of the Ministry of Health's Forensic Medical Examination and Pathological Anatomy Association in Baku.
Then the body was transported by special vehicle to Igor Kshnyakin's residence address and handed over to his family.
Pilots Igor Kshnyakin and Alexander Kalyaninov, as well as flight attendant Hokuma Aliyeva, who died in the plane crash near Aktau, will be buried today at the Second Alley of Honor in Baku.
