Azerbaijani Prosecutor General’s Office appeals to victims of torture, physical or mental abuse in ‘Tartar case’

The Azerbaijani Prosecutor General’s Office has appealed to the victims of torture, physical or mental abuse and other violations as part of the “Tartar case,” Report informs.

“Persons who were subjected to torture, physical or mental abuse, as well as those who were illegally imprisoned but not recognized as victims in May-June 2017, in connection with the investigation of treason, are asked to contact 961 Call Center of the Azerbaijani Prosecutor General’s Office, +994123611647 and to come for interrogation,” reads the message.
