Azerbaijan intends to further strengthen relations with Russia, which is one of the important priorities for Baku, Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov said.
Report informs with reference to TASS that Asadov made the remark at a meeting with his Russian counterpart Mikhail Mishustin in Baku.
"The development of relations with friendly countries, including Russia, remains one of the important priorities of Azerbaijan's foreign policy. We are in favor of further strengthening and expansion of friendly neighborly, mutually beneficial cooperation and strategic partnership relations with Russia," Asadov said.
