From 00:00 on November 7 to 06:00 on November 23, public transport will be halted entirely in Sheki, Lankaran, Gakh, Zagatala, Bilasuvar, Jalilabad, Masalli, Ismayilli, Guba, Khachmaz regions, Report says, citing the decision of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers.
