The Azerbaijani government decided to relax the restrictions on some fields from April 27, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.
“ASAN Service” centers will receive citizens with a prior online queue through ASAN mobile application, website, and call centers.
The following services will resume activities from April 27.
- Individual teaching and tutoring services (excluding group classes)
- book sales
- newspaper sales
- stationery sales
- printing and copying activities
- photo studios
- cleaning services in apartments
- tailoring services
- sale of cosmetics and perfumes
- sale of clothes
- sale of shoes and leather goods
- sale of gold and other ornaments and pawnshop activities
- sale and repair of mobile devices, spare parts, and accessories
- sale and repair of computer equipment
- sale of electronics and home appliances
- furniture sales
- car sales
- sale of chemical products
- sale of flowers and plant products
- sale of agricultural machinery, spare parts, and equipment
- sale of fertilizers and agrochemical products
Restrictions on the above-mentioned activities in shopping centers and malls remain in force.
Moreover, the duration of permissions via text messaging to 8103 to leave home will be increased from two to three hours.
There are 3 codes assigned for the purpose of permits:
Code number 1 is related to getting urgent medical necessity and receiving treatment on any schedule. The permit is issued for 3 hours within the district and the city. If the duration of the treatment procedure is extended, the period of return is determined by a certificate issued by a doctor.
Code number 2 is for leaving the house due to the need for purchasing food and other daily necessities, as well as medicines, and using banking and postal services. (permission is issued once a day for 3 hours)
Code number 3 is for attending the funeral of a close relative.
For instance, citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan must send an SMS with the content 2 AZE 1111111 to the short number 8103 in order to obtain a permit to leave the place of residence due to the need to purchase food and other daily necessities, as well as medicines, banking, and postal services.
