The Coordination Headquarters established by order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 24, 2020, on the centralized settlement of issues in the liberated territories held its next meeting
Report informs that the meeting, chaired by the Head of the Presidential Administration and Coordination Headquarters Samir Nuriyev, analyzed the latest situation with the implementation of the President's instructions, discussed the short-term and long-term goals and inter-agency coordination for their fulfillment.
Opening the meeting, Samir Nuriyev said that the large-scale construction work carried out in the liberated territories under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev is exemplary in the world. At the same time, he noted that it is necessary to mobilize the activities of the Headquarters and each working group operating under the Interdepartmental Center to achieve concrete results to perform the identified tasks at higher quality and speed.
Noting that close inter-agency coordination, a comprehensive approach, and a clear division of responsibilities are essential to increase the efficiency of reconstruction and restoration, which is one of the national priorities, the Chief of Staff stressed the need to increase accountability in this area.
The meeting participants discussed in detail the issues related to urban planning, energy supply, restoration of historical and cultural monuments, planned organization of education and health services, identified the next steps in the implementation of tasks, and set relevant instructions.
