Chairman of Azerbaijan's Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov has clarified the issue of participation in the elections of citizens of Armenian origin living in Khankendi, Report informs.
He noted that equal conditions have been created for all citizens.
"We do not differentiate between voters based on their nationality. If they have an Azerbaijani citizen's ID card and are included in the voter lists, they can vote," he told reporters on August 31 at a press conference.
