Azerbaijan extends special COVID-19 quarantine

The Government of Azerbaijan has extended the special COVID-19 quarantine regime, Report informs.

Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision prolonging the measures until October 1, 2024, at 06:00 (GMT+4).

This extension comes as part of Azerbaijan's ongoing efforts to protect its citizens and prevent potential complications arising from the coronavirus pandemic. The previous quarantine period was set to expire on July 1, 2023, at 06:00.

The decision reflects the government's commitment to public health and safety.
