September 20 was established as the city day of Khankandi, Khojaly, Khojavand and Aghdara in Azerbaijan according to an order by President Ilham Aliyev, Report informs.
The Ministry of Culture, along with the relevant special representations of the Azerbaijani president, is tasked to take the necessary measures to resolve the issues arising from this order.
