ASAN service on reception of citizens online

State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations under the President has clarified some issues regarding the reception of citizens in the "ASAN service" centers.

Report says, if citizens do not benefit from the services within the specified time obtained via online queue, their turn will be canceled.

Moreover,  the Agency said there is no need to queue in advance to obtain ready documents.

The State Agency advised citizens, who joined the queue online, to turn up at the center 15 minutes early.

Notably, starting April 27, "ASAN service" centers began to receive citizens by online pre-queue through the ASAN mobile application, website, and call centers.
