ASAN Service centers to be established in Karabakh and East Zangazur

ASAN Service centers will be established in Karabakh and East Zangazur in 2022-2026, Report informs, citing the I State Program on the Great Return to the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, approved by President Ilham Aliyev.
