Alternative energy to be used in Azerbaijan’s ASAN Service centers

A presentation ceremony was held on Saturday regarding the transition to alternative energy sources project in ASAN Service centers.

According to Report, Ulvi Mehdiyev, chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan (ASAN Service), and Mukhtar Babayev, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources and COP29 President Designate, participated in the ceremony.

It was noted that initiatives implemented within the framework of 2024 - the Year of Solidarity for a Green World, declared by President Ilham Aliyev in Azerbaijan, are being realized with special consideration for ecological sustainability and green technologies. Additionally, Azerbaijan places special emphasis on the 5th priority of the 2030 National Priorities for Socio-Economic Development, which is Clean Environment and Green Growth.

The project is planned to be implemented soon in the administrative buildings and parking areas of all ASAN Service centers.
