Albanian BSEC PA member: Election process was organized at high level

BSEC representatives held observations at the Central Election Commission (CEC) and at the pollint stations, said Petro Kochi, a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) from Albania, Report informs.

“Although we do not specialize in parliamentary elections, we were able to follow the election process closely,” he said.

“The organization was at a high level. We also met with the CEC chairman and expressed our gratitude. We want to note that there was 37% voter turnout. The low number of voter participation is not only in Azerbaijan but in different countries of the world. For voters to be more active, it is necessary to intensify political debates."
